Frank Briggs

Frank Briggs serves as Executive Director of The Brady Foundation, drawing on more than four decades of ministry experience to help guide its mission and partnerships. Throughout his life and calling, Frank has remained devoted to strengthening the church, helping it stand firm through seasons of change, and encouraging faithful obedience.

As the longtime pastor of Lighthouse Fellowship in Fort Worth, Texas, Frank led his congregation through years of growth, transition, and uncertainty, shepherding them with practical faith, compassion, and a steadfast trust in God. His leadership extended beyond the local church through international mission partnerships. In Kenya, he shared Christ's love with underserved communities and witnessed lives transformed by the gospel.

At The Brady Foundation, Frank brings together a pastor's heart and seasoned wisdom, ensuring every endeavor remains grounded, sustainable, and aligned with the foundation's purpose. He believes those called to serve should never carry the weight alone, and he is committed to equipping teams and organizations with the resources needed to fulfill their calling.
